Welcome!

Founded by Mark Wolfgang and Frank Kachurak, two firefighter/EMT/instructors, we are Halligan Training, LLC and we look forward to working with you for your EMS and fire training needs.

We custom design training classes and sessions for our clients' needs, and we host and sponsor American Heart Association and Emergency Care and Safety Training Institute-backed First Aid and CPR classes.  We also present a variety of PA Department of Health approved continuing education classes.
